This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from littlebitesize.com (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
Personal Information of you and your children
When you sign up for the Services or to receive our recipes, you will be required to provide us with personal information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number (“Personal Information”). We will also collect information about your children, such as your child’s name, date of birth, allergy information, and preferences. We do not collect any Personal Information from you when you use the Services unless you provide us with the Personal Information voluntarily.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

How do we use your personal information?

Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Your rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post any changes on the Website as soon as they go into effect. By accessing the Website or using the Services after we make any such changes to this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have accepted such changes. Please refer back to this Privacy Policy on a regular basis.
Children
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 through the Website or the Services. If you are under 13, please do not give us any Personal Information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide Personal Information through the Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us, please contact us, and we will delete that information from our databases.
