Each pack contains
- 12 frozen snack portions of sugar free bites (aka 12 moments of quiet time)
Contains 37.8% sweet potato.
No added sugar or salt.
Free from dairy and nuts.
100% Australian Sweet Potato, Zucchini, Carrot, Quinoa, Egg, Wholemeal Flour.
Allergens: Wheat, Egg.
Made in a facility which also processes: wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, sesame, cow's milk and soy.
All sugars present are naturally occurring in the ingredients
Little Bitesize products contain no additives, preservatives, flavours, thickeners or fillers and uses the most natural form of preservation without the need for harmful heat treatment.
Ordering your plan
1. Orders are only delivered on Thursdays and orders must be received by Tuesday noon for that week’s deliveries.
2. Once you have made your order we'll send you a confirmation email. Please ensure delivery address and any special requirements are correct.
3. Please provide a delivery address where you will be present during our hours of delivery or ensure that someone will be there to receive it on your behalf.
Local delivery
1. Local deliveries are delivered between 10am & 3pm every Thursday.
2. If you are not present at the delivery location, please leave clear instructions, such as a door code for a locked apartment building.
Courier delivery
Unfortunately during this time we cannot ship outside of the listed suburbs of Sydney. Alternatively you can pick up from Eastgardens for no charge.
Pick Up
1. Pick Up are available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10am & 3pm.

When is my baby ready to start Snack Bites packs?
Every baby is ready for finger foods at different stages, but we would say that if your baby is showing 2 or more of the signs below, then it’s worth trying some finger foods (slowly) and seeing how they like it. Most babies love independence and will never look back!
1. If they have teeth
2. If they’re showing interest in food
3. If they’re independently playing
4. Loves to put things in their mouth during playtime
5. Has enjoyed any finger foods, such as a piece of banana

Are Snack Bites sufficient as a whole meal?
This range has been designed as snacks because they’re not a nutritionally complete meal (i.e. there’s not much protein or fat included in them). A lot of babies have loved them so much that parents use them for meals, which is great if you can add things to top up the meal.
Some fabulous additions would be:
1. A hard boiled egg, tofu or chicken pieces
2. Some avocado slices.
3. Peanut butter on toast
4. Cheese cubes
5. Chickpeas drained from a can
How can I store the Snack Bites?
The Snack Bites are sold frozen so you can maximise the shelf life of the products. In the freezer they’ll last 6 months. Once defrosted, we recommend that you consume within 5 days.
Can I transport these snacks on the run?
Yes! We recommend that if they’ll be in transit for more than an hour, you could pop them in a cooler bag lunch box with a small ice pack inside. This mimics a fridge and keeps your food as safe as possible!
